Gather basic information through a Client Survey and interview process which collects data regarding TLP's effectiveness with various age groups and symptoms. Explain and recommend audio equipment necessary for The Listening ProgramTM.  Recommend appropriate program schedule based on individual client variables. Arrange consultation and follow up schedules. Be available for telephone or email consultations and support as needed throughout the duration of the program. Follow up at program completion.
