When returning the Language Tune-Up Kit^®, direct the shipment prepaid to:

Program returns should be sent via a traceable mode of shipment (book post and library rate are NOT traceable). RMLS cannot issue credit on items lost in transit to our facilities. RMLS  will accept 100% return of Language Tune-Up Kit products, without prior written authorization, within 30 days from the date of sale, provided the following conditions are met:

The product is returned prepaid in new, unmarked, and resalable condition (items not in new condition will not be refunded);
 

Returns are accompanied by our invoice or invoice information (invoice number, date, account number, purchase price); if this information is not provided, and we fail to locate the invoice in our files, a credit cannot be issued.

Replacement Prices Used to Calculate Return Credit Amount:

• Language Tune-Up Kit Card Decks are $20.00
• Language Tune-Up Kit At Home User Manuals are $20.00
• Language Tune-Up Kit For Schools Teacher's Reference Guides are $35.00
• Language Tune-Up Kit CD-ROMs are calculated as the total product amount minus the prices of the Card Deck and User Manual/Teacher's Reference Guide
