view faq  I have Windows XP. After I successfully install Comfy Software, I get a "Black Screen" - What should I do?
  • This error occurs when there are problems with the Windows XP account used when the software was installed.
Comfy software needs to be installed using an Administrator account, with a name that does not contain any special characters.

To fix this error, first uninstall the Comfy software that caused the problem, then follow one of these options:

  • Changing the current user account:

    • Go into the Windows XP Control Panel and choose "User Accounts".
If it is not already so, change the current user's name into a name that contains only plain English characters.
Change the user's settings into a Computer Administrator.
    • Creating a new user account:
Go into the Windows XP Control Panel and choose "User accounts".
Create a new user account with a name that contains only plain English characters.
When given the option - choose to set the user as Computer Administrator.
Once the user account is ready, restart your computer, and install the Comfy software using the Administrator account you've just set up.
view faq  I can`t hear any voice or music, what should I do?
  • First, please check the volume level on your speakers. Then check that the volume in the "volume control" is turned on throughout all channels. The volume control is usually located on the bottom right side of the desktop next to the clock. Look for the small speaker icon and adjust sound level.
