Follow the steps below to connect the
Easy PC keyboard in Windows ME, Windows 2000 or Windows XP operating
systems:
- Turn on your computer.
- Locate a free USB port on your
computer.
- Connect the Easy PC Keyboard USB
cable connector to the USB port.
- Installation
should be automatic and may take up to one minute. (You may observe the
status of the installation by the pop-up messages that appear on the
computer screen.)
The animation is slow and jumpy, what
should I do?

If the
animation is slow and jumpy, you should choose a lower resolution. You
can adjust the resolution by accessing the performance settings
instructions in the "Parent section" of the game CD menu.

I have Windows XP.
After I successfully install Comfy Software, I get a "Black Screen" -
What should I do?

This error occurs when there
are problems with the Windows XP account used when the software was
installed.
Comfy software needs to be installed using an Administrator account,
with a name that does not contain any special characters.
To fix this error, first uninstall the Comfy software that caused the
problem, then follow one of these options:

Changing the current user
account:
- Go into the Windows XP
Control Panel and choose "User Accounts".
If it is not already so, change the current user's name into a name
that contains only plain English characters.
Change the user's settings into a Computer Administrator.
- Creating a new user
account:
Go into the Windows XP Control Panel and choose "User accounts".
Create a new user account with a name that contains only plain English
characters.
When given the option - choose to set the user as Computer
Administrator.
Once the user account is ready,
restart your computer, and install the Comfy software using the
Administrator account you've just set up.
I can`t hear any voice or music, what
should I do?

First,
please check the volume level on your speakers. Then check that the
volume in the "volume control" is turned on throughout all channels.
The volume control is usually located on the bottom right side of the
desktop next to the clock. Look for the small speaker icon and adjust
sound level.
After inserting a
Comfy software CD, my computer doesn't recognize it, the game halts at
startup or I receive the message

If you receive the message
"This program cannot run without the original CD in the drive" during
initial installation, make sure you have properly inserted your CD to
the CD-Rom drive. If the message still appears, verify that your CD-Rom
drive functions properly.
If you've already installed and played the title, your CD may have been
subject to or damaged by improper environment, abuse, misuse or
accident. In this case, your local Comfy representative can replace
your damaged Comfy CD according to the product's License Terms and the
local Comfy representative's return policy. For further information,
please contact your local representative.

Since Windows Vista OS has
been launched worldwide, Comfy has developed and adapted all its
software games to run on Vista. The following versions run on Windows

You may download the Easy PC User
Manual which includes installation instructions on how
to install Comfy games on Windows Vista.
*Make sure that the Comfy game
runs with "Administrator" privileges by right clicking on the Comfy
game icon and going to "Properties". Under the "Compatibility" tab
choose "run as administrator".
* You must have Flash plug-in installed on your computer to run Comfy
games on Vista OS.

How do I
install a
Comfy software title?
- Turn on your computer and insert
the relevant Comfy software CD into the CD-ROM drive.
- The Installation program should
automatically launch. If it does not, click on the "start.exe" file
from your CD-ROM.
- Follow the installation
instructions displayed on the screen.
- Press "Finish" to complete
installation. A Comfy icon will appear on the computer desktop and in
the Start submenus.
How do I launch a game?
In order to run Comfy software
games, you will need the original game CD.
Insert the Comfy software CD into your CD-ROM drive, which should
remain inside the CD-ROM drive during the whole play.
The game should start automatically.
If the game does not start automatically, double click on the Comfy
icon on your desktop.
